At GIFTEEO, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our return process is simple and straightforward.
1. Who Can Return
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase to process your return smoothly.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at gifteeo.service@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged. We will reply with step-by-step instructions and the return address. Please do not send the item before receiving instructions, as unapproved returns may be refused.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is paid by the customer. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Email us to arrange an exchange, and we will provide all the instructions you need.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gift cards, digital/downloadable products, and items marked as final-sale or clearance cannot be returned.
